7. Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately upon opening.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we may or may not offer international shipping depending on product availability and destination.

Custom duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
