Thank you for shopping with Trend Baazar. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products after delivery

  • Products without original packaging

  • Clearance, sale, or non-returnable items

  • Digital products or gift cards (if applicable)

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Order Number

  • Product photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer

  • UPI

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery notification.

We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
